Paul Heisler

Paul Heisler commenced in the banking and finance industry in 1997. He worked for one of the major four banks for 13 years in various roles, ranging from relationship manager through to assistant area manager and branch manager.

In 2009, Paul left the bank and became a Mortgage Broker. He has completed his Certificate IV in Financial Services and is a full MFAA member.

He wanted to be able to step away from the banks and assist people with understanding ways to save money and educate them with techniques which would put more savings in their pocket and less income into the banks.

“Unfortunately, when you get a really good banker, they don’t always seem to stay in the same role for too long. Therefore, you never get a real chance to build a strong relationship with the bank. I could see that becoming a Mortgage Broker would bridge that declining service within the sector”.

In 2010, Paul joined the Mortgage Express team, and works hard to assist his clients with finding the best loan for their needs.

“It is important to know, that not all banks “fit” all clients and not all clients “fit” all banks”.

It is for this reason that Paul encourages open thinking and a sounder understanding of his client’s goals. Together, Paul and his clients look to engage the best possible strategy, at that time.

He is passionate about getting the right outcomes for his clients, and when you work with Paul, you feel like he is working with you and not for the banks.
