I also like to look at new ways to push and test myself both physically and mentally and am particularly proud that I have twice completed the 96km Kokoda Challenge and recently finished 2^nd place together with 3 other incredibly inspirational women in the 60km Sunshine Coast Coastrek. We raised over $10k, losing some toenails along the way.

Most of my working life I have been involved in customer services and whilst I started as a Mortgage Broker in May 2018, prior to that I had 10+ years in various customer service, finance, analytics and Bank roles.

Already I have been able to achieve positive outcomes for my clients, whether they’re purchasing their first home, refinancing an existing home, requiring car finance or they require small business funding.

I totally understand how daunting the “ getting a loan “ process can be, so whilst working towards a common goal, I believe education as well as regular contact from myself really is the key to making sure the client feels comfortable, informed and empowered about the journey ahead.

My strongest attribute as a Mortgage Broker is having a keen ability to think outside the box to find the most suitable solutions for my clients. Also having a broad panel of lenders to work with expands the opportunities for my clients and possibly obtain outcomes way beyond the capabilities of considering only the Big 4 Banks.

One thing I am particularly proud of, is being able to help clients that have been advised by another broker or a bank that they couldn’t be helped. Again, thinking outside the box as there are multiple ways to look at finance and working with more Lenders than just the standard names, together we have been able to turn some situations around and obtain the positive outcomes the clients needed.

My biggest achievement personally, is being a father to my 2-year-old daughter, as well as taking an active role in my local community through mentoring junior rugby referees.
