Ross has had a wide and varied business history, from retail to public servant, then a multi-award winning radio Content Director and a marketing and promotional company owner. No matter what he has been doing, it's always been with a want to help people, strive for excellence and he has proudly been rewarded with international recognition for his radio achievements. 

Giving back was always at the forefront of his actions, being a prominent member of the Tasmania Ronald McDonald House fundraising team and working with State and Federal politicians on a number of community projects. Ross now lives in the Sunshine Coast and giving back as well as being local and supporting local remains his passion.

Ross is very excited to now being working as a broker in the Mortgage and Finance Industry and finds that his natural tenacity works well when seeking the best possible solution for his clients. He is proud to be a member of the Mortgage Express Team and his customers find him to be caring, tactful and professional, traits that he has developed from all his roles over the years.

Having bought and sold many properties over the last 20 years, he feels that he is well placed to support his clients, no matter where they are in their finance and wealth journey. He knows the questions to ask both client and lender to find the most appropriate product. 

A dedicated father of two, who has lived in many east coast cities, he is now back home in the Sunshine Coast and if not found watching his boys play sport, might be found running daily on the beach between Alex and Mooloolaba.
